I love teaching a full-body reprogramming approach to help you create a toned physique and a more balanced body and mind using a combination of unique breathing techniques, low impact, and precise movements, and holistic nutrition and mindset transformation coaching.
I will teach you strategies to intuitively honor and respect your mind and body’s needs to unwind from the day-to-day hassles and have some “you” time while taking care of yourself and reconnecting with your body and mind. I have helped many busy ladies regain their balance, mobility, control, mental clarify, and peace to live a life filled with grace without burnout and judgment of the body they have.

Professional Bio
My name is Hmone. I am a mompreneur living in the Midwest, USA and serving people across the globe. My passion is to serve people and share my love of health and wellness with the world.
My very first encounter with holistic wellness was in Burma when I joined my mother and friends in group Tai Chi sessions, the only outdoor movement therapy available in the whole country at that time. From that moment on, holistic healing modalities have always played a major role in my life.
I have faced my own trials and tribulations dealing with health issues. I learned to balance my own life with simple whole-food nutrition, daily movement therapy, proper vitamin and nutrient supplementation, digestive repair, and healthy lifestyle choices.
As I recovered from my chronic illness, my passion in life is to help people regain their strength, control, balance, and inner peace through mindful movement and self-directed wellness initiatives.
I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. I am also certified in core reprogramming techniques such as Pilates, Yoga, Hypopressive and experienced in Tai Chi and other mindfulness practices. I also hold a Master of Business Administration.
My mission is to help my clients overcome their time and energy barriers to stay consistent with their wellness initiatives so that they can live a life filled with grace without burn-out and judgment of the body they have.
