Using movement to heal your mind, body and soul is easier than you think.
Have you been feeling stuck in your own body and mind and unable to escape during these uncertain times?
As I watch the world unfold before my eyes into a new normal, the sudden change left me with a shock-induced vertigo. Our natural sequence of balance was stripped away from us so quickly and I began to feel downhearted and dispirited watching the horrible news headlines, full of warnings and hysteria. I was scared for my loved ones and the world. I felt an overwhelming sense of hopelessness and felt stuck in my own thoughts.
Then I realize that life goes on with its own natural and spontaneous changes. No matter how stuck we are in our own heads, these is a natural flow of loving energy that will always flow through life that we can easily discover and grasp if we take the time to embrace it. Whatever you may be feeling today that is filling your energy with stagnation, dedicating some self-care time to add movement to your life can reverse that effect.
Here’s what I do daily to add some smooth flow of energy in order to stay happy and healthy. Each of these activities takes less than a few minutes to add to your daily routine. Easy peasy!

– Dry-brushing before showering to help move the lymphatic system and calm the nervous system
